Our minds are incredibly powerful tools.
During these days while we are isolated and challenged by uncertainty and major life changes, our thoughts and mindsets are critically important.
Anxiety, fear and overwhelm are widespread.
There is a lot being asked of us, individually and as a collective.
That’s why it’s important to take steps to help manage these feelings and thoughts.
One very transformation tool for this, is meditation.
Forbes lists the following 6 Scientifically Proven Benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation:
- Reduces Anxiety
- Reduces Implicit Age and Race Bias
- May Prevent and Treat Depression
- Increases Body Satisfaction
- Improves Cognition
- Helps the Brain Reduce Distractions
This practice is an effective tool to change the state of ours minds, step into the present moment (as opposed to the past or future) and increase the sensation of relaxation. It’s simple, it’s free and it’s always available to us.
What makes this guided meditation & visualization (link below) stand out from the rest?
First:
This guided meditation is specifically designed to transform coronavirus/COVID-19 anxiety, fears and overwhelm into deep calm, gratitude and optimism.
Second:
It uses coaching techniques and principles.
Coaching is future-focused. In this guided meditation and visualization, you are brought into the future – the day the pandemic ends.
This profound exercise allows you to access and open the creative parts of your brain which provide new insights. The result is an incredible shift in perspective, energy and mindset.
Third:
It supports the nervous system to relax by seeing this crisis in a new way. You bring the learning, lessons and gratitudes with you back to the present moment.
I often use this technique in sessions with clients and they love the value it offers.
To clarify, I do not bring clients on guided meditations. We momentarily pop into the future – future pacing – to get clarity on things like why they want something and the impact of their goals on themselves and others.
Knowing these things, changes the game. It offers incentive, motivation and crystal clear insight on next steps.

I loved it! I’m excited to share it. One of the best guided meditation voices I’ve heard (and I listen to a lot) – I really, really loved it and your voice. Thank you for creating something so needed right now.

I cried. I was finally able to calm down and take time for myself. And I have never felt more at ease and zen in a meditation before.

I did it last night before bed and I felt more calm. I found your voice very calming and your intonation easy to follow. I’m not someone who listens to these, but this really made me reconsider that. That is honestly probably the biggest compliment I could give you.

I experience your voice and tone to be very intentional and calming. You are gifted, Jess. I liked the journey you took me on and gladly would have kept going! Thank you for taking the time to create this meditation. LOVED breathing in and locking in the amplification x100! So impactful!
